The FGI BPJV series 3300V explosion proof mining VSD adopts advanced AC-DC-AC inverter control technology, with various control modes to choose from, wide speed range, flexible speed regulation, strong anti-interference ability and long service life. The ip54 inverters are the best choice of downhole frequency conversion device. The VSD mining can drive either a three-phase asynchronous motor or an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor. Performance Characteristics

- The explosion proof VFD has the functions of current, power, frequency, fault alarm and equipment running status display.
- Constant torque characteristics of the explosion proof VFD: The C is loaded to the rated load and can output constant torque within the range of 5Hz~50Hz (allowable error is +8% rated value and -3% rated value)
- Power supply voltage fluctuation: The explosion proof motor starter can work normally when it fluctuates within the range of 85% Ue~110%Ue.
- The speed stability of the explosion-proof VFD is not more than 1%.
- The efficiency of the variable frequency speed control device at the rated output frequency is not less than 95%.
- The explosion-proof VFD should be loaded to 1.2 times rated load and should be able to operate normally for 30 minutes. When the ambient temperature is 40 °C, the temperature rise limit value of the insulated coil, the temperature rise limit value of the terminal and the temperature rise limit value of the accessible parts shall not exceed the requirements of Table 2 under the rated voltage and rated load. The maximum surface temperature of the outer casing of the device does not exceed 150 °C.
