Product Overview
The power inverter first converts DC to low voltage AC. The transformer frequency is then increased to 220V and 50Hz AC power supply for load use. Its advantage is that it has a simple structure and can achieve various protection functions at low voltage. The low frequency Transformer between the inverter power supply and the load makes the inverter power supply stable and reliable, has strong overload ability and strong impact resistance, and can suppress the high-order harmonic component in the waveform. However, the manufacture of low-frequency inverters is complex and expensive, and their efficiency is relatively low. The rated load efficiency of small low frequency inverters produced at the current level usually does not exceed 90 %. At the same time, because the low-Frequency inverter is working at full or light load, the loss is basically unchanged. Therefore, they are operated under light load, with high loss and low efficiency.
