Surface Treatment
Polish: Polished by wood shave.
1: Surface is shining and be good for welding quality.
2: Surface with small bruises,easy to be rust for stocking.
Advice:Suit for using in a short time or keep in dry condition.
Phosphating
1.Surface with phosphating coating,rust-proof and avoid bruises,and can stock long time;
2.Surface is not shining,easy to burn gun sleeve.
Plain + Special heat treatment
1.Surface is smooth, good weld quality, no big bruises,rust-proof, and can stock long time;
2.Surface is not shining,take more long time for production;

ISO13918 Shear studs with ceramic ferrules
IKING shear connector studs are made of a material suitable to be welded by arc melting.The dimensions and design of the connector are in accordance with the BS - EN ISO13918:2008. Widely used by bridge, steel deck, steel construction etc.
Shear connectors are typically used in composite steel construction.
1. 25 kgs per carton, 48 cartons/1200KG per pallet.
2. Generally speaking, 1 x 20' GP container can load about 16-20 pallets.
